Some information on the installation of a 209kW Automatic Biomass boiler for your wood fuel. We require that the fuel is clean wood waste(MDF/MFC hardwoods or Softwoods), with size of chip dust to 15 mm³.

As a general guide. 4 year pay-back can be achieved with 4 to 6 tons of wood waste fuel and 15,000 – 20,000ft² building.

Payback is based on operating only, 2000hr per year, more hours’ operation will give a faster payback.

209kW Automatic Biomass boiler’s nominal output of 209kw. Combustion system requires approximately 60kgs/hr or 1440kgs/day at nominal output. Boiler is fully modulating with touch screen PLC controls and can turn down to approx 30% of rated output.
